The focus of the development was on the production in Germany, as well as reducing the weight at the same time. An optimized bearing arrangement of the sealed industrial bearings and the use of IGUS plain bearings in combination with a hardened Cr-Mo axle ensure maximum load capacity and a long service life. The bearing technology of the Millenium 2.0 was protected from external influences by a radial seal specially developed by SIXPACK. In addition, the Millenium 2.0 has a "" SAFETY ANCHOR "" safety feature, which ensures that the pedal body and axle can never separate from one another, even under the most extreme circumstances. The consistently load-optimized design made it possible to reduce weight and maintain stability at the same time. The well-known 32 custom pins that are twisted off above the pedal platform have also been weight-optimized and the grip has been further improved. The pins can also be adjusted to the desired grip level using the enclosed washers (so-called pin spacers).
